About FieldWake

FieldWake was built to solve a simple but frustrating problem: coordinating practice field time for a youth soccer organization is harder than it should be. Emails get lost, spreadsheets get stale, and coaches end up fighting over the same slots.

FieldWake gives organizations a single place to configure their fields, run fair registration rounds, and publish a live weekly schedule — so everyone always knows where to be.

Who it's for

• Org admins — configure fields, manage teams, and control registration seasons.
• Coaches — log in during open rounds to claim practice slots for their teams.
• Members & families — view the published field schedule at any time.

Built for Wakefield Soccer Association

FieldWake started as an internal tool for the Wakefield Soccer Association (WSA) and is designed with small-to-mid-size youth sports organizations in mind.
